La nouvelle conception a permis de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de 50%.<\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00e9part, nous n'avons pas per\u00e7u cette exigence comme un d\u00e9fi particulier. Le principal obstacle \u00e9tait que nous ne pouvions pas v\u00e9rifier les performances du produit \u00e0 l'aide d'un prototype avant le moulage par injection, car la structure centrale \u00e9tait en acier inoxydable, tandis que le plastique ext\u00e9rieur \u00e9tait produit par injection de surmoulage.<\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4000\" src=\"http:\/\/ideal-pro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/normal_662cb5e99379f.webp\" alt=\"Moulage par injection plastique en Am\u00e9lioration de la vis h\u00e9lico\u00efdale\" width=\"459\" height=\"373\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ideal-pro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/normal_662cb5e99379f.webp 459w, https:\/\/ideal-pro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/normal_662cb5e99379f-300x244.webp 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 459px) 100vw, 459px\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu l'accord de notre client, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'adopter une approche audacieuse en sautant la validation du prototype et en passant directement \u00e0 la production du moule. Le d\u00e9veloppement du moule s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 sans probl\u00e8me et les dimensions des composants produits r\u00e9pondaient aux normes de conception. Cependant, des probl\u00e8mes inattendus sont apparus lors des tests d'utilisation de ces composants dans les presse-agrumes. Selon la conception, la vis en spirale devait \u00eatre positionn\u00e9e horizontalement et fix\u00e9e \u00e0 une seule extr\u00e9mit\u00e9, mais cette configuration a provoqu\u00e9 de fortes secousses pendant le fonctionnement, ce qui a rendu les performances de l'extracteur de jus instables.<\/p>\n<p>Notre \u00e9quipe technique a rapidement entam\u00e9 une discussion sur cette question. Apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9rie d'analyses et de tests, nous avons identifi\u00e9 la cause premi\u00e8re comme \u00e9tant la concentricit\u00e9 du produit. Le centre de gravit\u00e9 de la vis h\u00e9lico\u00efdale n'\u00e9tait pas pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment situ\u00e9 sur l'axe central et, une seule extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 \u00e9tant fix\u00e9e, une excentricit\u00e9 importante se produisait lors de la rotation \u00e0 grande vitesse, ce qui entra\u00eenait des secousses. En optimisant la conception et la pr\u00e9cision de fabrication, nous avons corrig\u00e9 la concentricit\u00e9 de la vis h\u00e9lico\u00efdale, assurant ainsi sa stabilit\u00e9 pendant le fonctionnement. Ces ajustements, apr\u00e8s des tests rigoureux, ont permis de r\u00e9duire efficacement les secousses op\u00e9rationnelles, en contr\u00f4lant l'angle de secousse finale \u00e0 2 degr\u00e9s pr\u00e8s, ce qui a permis de r\u00e9pondre aux normes strictes du client.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que ce projet semble ne concerner qu'une simple pi\u00e8ce, il englobe en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des d\u00e9fis d'ing\u00e9nierie complexes et de multiples processus d'essais et d'erreurs.
