Fabriqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l'origine en acier inoxydable, notre client souhaitait une alternative \u00e9conomique sans compromettre sa comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9, ce qui nous a amen\u00e9s \u00e0 concevoir et \u00e0 fabriquer une chambre moul\u00e9e par injection :<\/p>\n<p>1. Le produit devait fonctionner de mani\u00e8re stable \u00e0 une pression de 1,5 MPA et \u00e0 90 degr\u00e9s Celsius.<br \/>\n2. Ce type de nylon est connu pour sa solidit\u00e9, sa stabilit\u00e9 thermique et sa r\u00e9sistance aux produits chimiques, ce qui en fait un choix id\u00e9al pour les applications expos\u00e9es \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures et des pressions \u00e9lev\u00e9es pendant de longues p\u00e9riodes. L'ajout de fibres de verre am\u00e9liore consid\u00e9rablement les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques du mat\u00e9riau, telles que la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction et la rigidit\u00e9, ce qui garantit que le syst\u00e8me de filtration peut r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des conditions difficiles pendant toute sa dur\u00e9e de vie pr\u00e9vue.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois le mat\u00e9riau s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9, nous avons proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la conception et \u00e0 la fabrication du prototype. Apr\u00e8s avoir test\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s le prototype, nous avons lanc\u00e9 une production d'essai \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle pour v\u00e9rifier le processus de production et les performances du produit final. Cette phase nous a permis d'affiner les param\u00e8tres de fabrication et de mettre en \u0153uvre des mesures essentielles de contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 pour la production en s\u00e9rie. Le produit est actuellement soumis \u00e0 un test de durabilit\u00e9 rigoureux d'un mois, comprenant des cycles de pression, des fluctuations de temp\u00e9rature et une exposition \u00e0 des produits chimiques afin de simuler une d\u00e9cennie de fonctionnement.
